- Warm Water11/2 cup
- Wheat Flour51/2 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast2 unit(s)
- Peel all the carrots and chop, put in the blender. Add in the blender: water, oil, sugar and salt. Beat everything for 3 minutes. Pour the liquid into a bowl and add the yeast and half of the wheat flour. Mix everything. Knead and knead the dough until it is smooth and homogeneous.
- Note: depending on the size of the carrot, you may need a little more wheat flour. But be careful not to put too much flour, it has to stick a little bit.
- Let the dough rest for 40 minutes. After resting, make several balls of the size you want or place in an English mold. And let it rest for another 30 minutes. Place to bake in a greased shape, for 35 minutes at 180°C or until golden.
