- Chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Brioche Bread2 unit(s)
- Shredded Red Cabbage1 cup
- Grated green cabbage1 cup
- Grated Carrots2 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- lime to taste
- For the chicken, cut the fillet in two. Season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the eggs and place the breadcrumbs on a plate.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs and then coat in the flour. Fry until golden.
- For the bread, spread butter and place it to toast in a frying pan on both sides.
- For the Salad, mix the red, green and carrot cabbage.
- Add the mayonnaise and season with salt, lemon and pepper.
- Assemble the sandwich with the bread, chicken and salad to finish.
