- Handmade ham sausage200 g
- Small onion cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Red pepper cut into cubes50 g
- Garlic, cut into cubes50 g
- Small tomato cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- for the bread Preheat the oven. Mix the puree, flours and xanthan gum. Add the eggs, oil and homogenize the mixture. Add the baking soda, yeast and water. Season with salt. Separate the dough into 6 parts. Make the tubes shape and let it rise. Bake in medium oven for approximately 25 minutes.
- For the filling Mix the sausage with the other ingredients. Place over the halved buns and place in a nonstick skillet to grill with the stuffing side down. Flip as soon as it is golden and just flip and grill the other side for 1 minute. On the barbecue day it is possible to bake the breads on the barbecue
