- Olive oil to taste
- Oven roasted sliced bacon to taste
- Separate the ground beef into 4 equal parts to get 4 servings of 150g. Then make balls by hand in each of the 4 portions, to get 4 balls.
- Melt some unsalted butter in the microwave. Unite a skillet with olive oil or butter over high heat, and place the burger, seasoned to your liking. Make sure it is at the highest possible temperature so that the famous "crust" of the meat occurs. Put some of the melted butter over the meat and the salt, which should be spread over the entire surface of the meat, but not in excess.
- When the meat sweats (around 1 minute and a half to 3 minutes), that is, when the liquids are visible on the top, it's time to turn it over. After turning, put the black pepper (if you have it whole and grind it right away, better, if not, use the powdered one), wait 30 seconds, place 2 slices of cheese and muffle it with the skillet lid or a muffler that have the disposition.
- Wait until the cheese melts and stops muffling. Remove the burger and set aside. Bacon and optional 😏
- To assemble the hamburger, take a plate or the container that will serve, place the warm and sealed bread, place the rested meat on the base, this one we put 2 meats on the bread and then the cheese one on top, close the bread and that's it! Easy huh?
