- 4 slices of white or wholemeal bread to taste
- 1 cup of fresh Heavy cream1 cup
- 2 tablespoons of sugar1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence1 cup
- 200 g of pork (loin, shank or chop) to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste to taste

- 1 teaspoon brown sugar1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce30 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger1 teaspoon
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped to taste
- Preparing the Ice Cream Bread: In a bowl, mix the Heavy cream, sugar and vanilla essence until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring if desired.
- Spread the cream over the slices of bread and place in the freezer for about 1 hour, until they are very cold.
- Preparing Cat Ear Meat: Cut the meat into thin strips, shaped like cat ears.
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the meat and season with salt, pepper, brown sugar and soy sauce.
- Fry until the meat is golden and crispy.
- Cold Cat Assembly: Remove the ice cream bread slices from the freezer.
- Place the meat strips on a slice of bread.
- Cover with another slice of bread.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the unusual combination of flavors!
- Tip: For an even more fun version, add lettuce or arugula leaves to simulate the cat's eyes.
