- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)

- Tomato sauce300 g
- White Vinegar1 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon

- In the pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and seal the meat cubes.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the bay leaves, chopped tomatoes and chopped bell peppers - all seedless!
- Add 1 cup of water, tomato sauce and vinegar. Cover the pan and let it cook for 40 minutes.
- Wait for the pressure to release and shred the meat.
- Serve on fresh French bread!
