- Chicken breast1 kg
- Grated carrot1 g
- Grated onion1 g
- Lemon juice1 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise600 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste1 teaspoon
- In the pressure cooker, add the chicken breast, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
- Add water until it covers the chicken breast and close the pan. Place over high heat until the pan reaches pressure.
- After gaining pressure, lower the heat and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release naturally and open the pan.
- Drain the broth and close the pan again.
- Shake the pan for about 2 minutes and open: your chicken breast will be shredded and ready to be used.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the carrot, onion, olive oil and mayonnaise.
- Adjust the salt and black pepper according to your taste.
- Use cream of chicken as a filling for natural sandwiches.
