- Parmesan cheese1 to taste
- Black pepper and parsley to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Open the bread with your hand in the shape of a canoe and open the egg inside.
- Add the bacon, cheese, parsley and sprinkle with pepper and in a buttered refractory, place in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with oregano and you're done.
