- 🥔 Cook the potatoes, drain the water and pass through the potato masher while still hot 🥔 Heat the milk, butter and oil, with this warm mixture, dissolve the yeast 🥔 In a basin, put half the flour, sugar and salt and incorporate, then add the mixture with the yeast and eggs, stir with the help of a spoon.
- 🥔 Add the rest of the flour 🥔 Transfer to the bench and knead and add flour if necessary 🥔 Knead for 10 minutes 🥔 If the potato contains a lot of moisture, the dough will ask for more flour to set 🥔 Add little by little so the dough doesn't get heavy 🥔 Also adding oil (little by little) along with the flour, it helps the dough to point faster.
