- I prepared the chicken, I used the chicken breast In the pan I put the oil and the chicken breast without seasonings. I let it brown.
- Add garlic, onion, tomato, parsley, and sauté. Add the salt, turmeric, curry powder, cumin and paprika. I added the water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove the broth and shred the chicken and let it cool.
