- Rice flour1 cup
- warm milk240 ml
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Salt to taste
- Water1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Potato Starch1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Beat the milk, sugar, salt, olive oil in the blender until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the yeast.
- Stir just me to incorporate.
- Add the starch and flour and mix.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet, with a sharp knife make a slit in the top of the bread.
- Bake at 180° for 30 minutes
- Let it rest and serve
