- Grated ricotta200 g
- Margarine or butter200 g
- Wheat Flour250 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Grate the ricotta on the grater. Combine all the ingredients until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Open with a roll and stuff with braised ricotta, heart of palm, shrimp, chicken etc...
- Note: I like to make the dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 min. Then I open it on top of a plastic.

- Important detail! Bake at 180° for about 30 min. It will depend on the temperature of your oven. Keep an eye!
