- Wheat flour500 g
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Whole milk200 ml
- Soybean oil150 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Ham200 g
- Beaten yolk1 g
- Oregano to taste
- Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, milk and oil.
- Knead the dough well
- Add the salt.
- Reserve the dough in a covered bowl for an hour.
- Roll out the dough
- Arrange the mozzarella and ham and close the dough well
- Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
