- Wheat flour400 g
- Warm water200 ml
- Oil1/5 cup
- Sugar2 coffee spoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Ham150 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, place the flour, yeast, and sugar. Mix.
- Add salt, oil and warm water. Mix until it forms a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured worktop and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and not sticking to your hands. If necessary add more flour.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and a clean pad.
- After that time, divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Open one of the parts with the help of a roll in the shape of a rectangle (if necessary, cut the sides with a knife to make them uniform).
- Place the filling in the center of the dough and close the sides over the filling, joining the two parts so that it does not open.
- Cut them to the desired size
- Transfer to a shape, leaving them close together so the filling doesn't spread.
- Brush egg yolk until golden and sprinkle with oregano to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes until golden.
