- Wheat flour400 g
- Water270 ml
- Salt15 g
- Organic Yeast4 g
- Mix the flour with the salt, yeast and water
- Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes
- Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Dust the table with flour and fold the dough at least 3 times
- Preheat the oven to 250⁰C
- Sprinkle the top of the dough with a little flour and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
