- Onion cream1/2 unit(s)
- Mix everything with your hands, if necessary, add 1 spoon of water to give more alloy.
- Mold the hamburgers in your hands and grill on a very hot plate greased with olive oil.
- Serve next.
- Tip: I added mozzarella and catupiry when the meat was almost done and left it covered to melt. I used swift frozen rustic french bread, I just heated it up for 4 minutes in the airfryer and it gets really crispy. It turned out wonderful!!!
