- Recipe
- Ground chuck, brisket or shoulder800 g
- Ground sirloin fat200 g
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Remove balls of meat and shape the burgers by hand.
- Place in a frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat and let it fry until it reaches the desired doneness. I usually leave 6 minutes on each side
- Serve on a hamburger bun with melted cheese, bacon jam, homemade mayonnaise or use your favorite sauce.
