- Wheat or French bread1 unit(s)
- Ground beef100 g
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped Green Olives2 unit(s)
- Paprika1 coffee spoon
- Chopped Green Spice1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- Add the paprika and stir quickly so it doesn't burn.
- Add the ground beef next and stir constantly to break up the pieces and cook evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper and sauté until cooked through.
- When the meat is cooked add the olive and mix. Finish with the green seasoning.
- Cut the bread in half and remove part of the core, without opening the bottom so that the filling does not escape.
- Stuff each half of the bread with the braised meat and serve immediately.
