Ingredients
Recipe

Sweet cassava starch1 cup
Sour tapioca starch1 cup
Oil1 cup
Salt to taste
Grated cheese (I used mozzarella)2 cup
Milk (half a cup) to taste

Put everything in the liquid and blend! Place in individual molds or pudding mold.
And bake at 160° for about 20 minutes.
Here I used a Teflon mold so I didn't need to grease it, but if you don't have one, it's better to grease it.
The second photo is the shape I used.
