- Recipe
- Sweet cassava starch1 cup
- Sour tapioca starch1 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese (I used mozzarella)2 cup
- Milk (half a cup) to taste
- Put everything in the liquid and blend! Place in individual molds or pudding mold.
- And bake at 160° for about 20 minutes.
- Here I used a Teflon mold so I didn't need to grease it, but if you don't have one, it's better to grease it.
