- Mix the oatmeal, salt, yeast and egg in a bowl, beat until a homogeneous mass is formed. Place the dough in a heated small nonstick skillet. Sprinkle a little flaxseed and then turn to roast the other side. Cut after ready in half to put the stuffing. Place the hamburger in the nonstick skillet and then place the mozzarella on top of the finished hamburger. Stuff the bread. And good appetite!!!! It's delicious! 😋
