- Boiled Cassava350 g
- Organic Yeast45 g
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Water from cassava cooking1 cup
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Cook the manioc and reserve the cooking water
- Beat the eggs, the cooked manioc, the biological yeast, the water from the manioc cooking, the oil and the sugar in a blender. Mix well until smooth
- Place the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour gradually, kneading the dough until the mixture comes off your hands.
- Make the balls the size you want and let them grow. After brushing the buns with egg yolk and baking at 180 degrees until golden (about 30 minutes)
- Stuffing suggestions: Ham, mozzarella, lettuce and tomato; Mayonnaise with salami; Chicken pate
