light mayonnaise to taste

Sauté the shredded chicken with olive oil, garlic and onion in a pan.
Mix the chopped onion and tomato, grated carrot, corn, parsley, chives and salt.
Add mayonnaise until you get the desired filling consistency.
Place the filling between 2 slices of bread.
