- Loaf of bread 2 cans of canned tunaMayonnaise, enough to make a paste, 3 tablespoons approximately 1 can of corn 1/2 onion, choppedCilantro or chives, chopped to tasteLettuce in stripsTomato in slicesRed cabbage, finely chopped6 unit(s)
- Place the tuna on a plate and mash well until it is all crushed. Add the mayonnaise little by little, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing to see the paste, it's not cool to overdo the mayonnaise so it doesn't get heavy. Add the chopped onion, chopped chives or cilantro, the can of corn and mix well. Spread this tuna mixture on a slice of bread proportionately across the slice. Sprinkle the lettuce cut into strips and a little red cabbage on top. Place 1 slice of ripe tomato and finish with another slice of bread.
