- Wheat Flour (approximately)700 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- warm milk1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Parsley500 g
- Ham and cheese300 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- In a bowl, put the yeast, 1 tablespoon of wheat and a little milk to make a paste. Cover with a cloth and let rise.
- After it has risen, add the rest of the milk, egg, oil, salt and gradually add the wheat, stirring with your hands, until it forms a dough that can be rolled out.
- Knead the dough on a flat surface. Then cover with a tea towel and place in a warm place to double in volume.
- Once grown, open with a roll, fill and model.
- Put it in a greased and floured shape, let it rise once more.
- Brush with egg yolk, and bake in a medium oven until golden brown.
- And just taste.
