- Ground rump fat35 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Iceberg Lettuce Leaves2 unit(s)
- Bacon strips4 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese slices2 unit(s)
- Brioche bread (preferably)1 unit(s)
- Season the ground beef, along with its fat, with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Fry the bacon strips and set aside
- Cut the carrot into thin and uniform strips, fry in the olive oil and set aside.
- With a mold or with your own hand, model your hamburger steak
- Fry your hamburger steak, leave your preference point and add 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- Butter the inside of the bread and brown it in a frying pan.
