- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cooked sausages10 unit(s)
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the butter, salt, milk and yeast. Add more flour if needed
- Roll out the dough and cut into small rectangles
- Cut the sausage into 3 pieces and place on the dough rectangles.
- Close the rectangles by rolling the sausages
- Arrange the rolls in a greased and floured shape
- Brush each roll with a mixture of egg yolk and oregano.
- Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes until golden.
