- Puff pastry400 g

- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Chopped green onions3 tablespoon
- Fresh chopped coriander3 tablespoon
- Chopped green parsley1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika powder1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Clean shrimp400 g
- Lemon juice100 ml
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Preparation mode In a pan add the oil, onion and garlic and sauté well until golden. Add the shrimp and brown on all sides. then add the paprika, green onions, parsley, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper. Turn off the fire, add the curd, mixing well until it forms a very creamy filling, let it cool, to use as a filling.
- Take the puff pastry and cut the dough in half. Brush with the white around the edges of each disc (to stick when closing), add the stuffing and close with the other part of the dough and brush with the white and press well.
- Add the sandwiches in a form. Mix the yolk with oil and salt and brush each puff pastry. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly golden. Serve nextâŁïžđ
