- In a non-stick frying pan, place the butter and the shrimp, sauté for 2 minutes, add the sliced onion, salt, black pepper, the basil leaves and sauté quickly, finish with lemon juice, set aside.
- Cut the bread lengthways and drizzle with olive oil, put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2 minutes.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and the cucumber into thin slices.
- Place the shrimp mixture on the bread and drizzle with oil, place the cherry tomato cut in half and the cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
