- Peeled small garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chopped seedless tomato1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 tablespoon
- Finely chopped carrot1/4 cup
- Chopped fresh basil to taste
- In a pan, heat a little olive oil and brown the onion.
- Add carrots, salt and mix. Cook until she is al dente.
- Turn off the fire and mix the tomato and basil.
- Cut the bread into not-too-thin slices and rub the garlic clove on each one.
- Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and cover each one with the sauce from the pan and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Take to preheated oven 220ÂșC to bake for about 7 minutes.
