- Cook the potatoes, after peeling and mashing them. Reserve
- In a bowl, add yeast to warm milk. After adding the sugar, salt and eggs already beaten.
- Then add the boiled potato, margarine or lard and knead until it releases from the hands.
- Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
- After making polka dots and have it in a shape. Brush with yolks and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees
