- Ground Rump500 g
- Ground pork shank500 g
- Catupiry200 g
- Gorgonzola10 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Mix the rump with the ham in a bowl.
- Chop the onion into small pieces and mix it with the ground meat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another bowl, place the cheeses and mix by hand, leaving the mixture homogeneous.
- Make a 100g hamburger wide open.
- Place a spoon of the cheeses on the first part of the hamburger and spread it in the center of it.
- Make another 100g hamburduer in the same measure and join with the first part, closing the edges, without letting the cheese come out.
- Take it to the grill or frying pan and make it in your port!
- Serve and be happy!
