- Tapioca3 tablespoon
- Cheese (or cheese of your choice) sliced4 unit(s)
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Butter to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Get two frying pans, one for frying the banana and the other for making the tapioca.
- Take one of the pans and place the tapioca, spread it evenly, and turn on the heat.
- Peel the banana and cut it vertically.
- In the other skillet put the butter, wait for it to melt, put the cinnamon and put the bananas, fry on one side leaving a minute, then turn. Turn off the heat and leave the bananas.
- See if the tapioca has already bonded, and remove from the heat without taking it out, put it on a plate.
- In the same skillet on the tapioca spread the cheese, leave it on the fire until golden, when it gets to that point put the tapioca under the cheeses the way it is on the plate, and turn it over, wait a minute, add the bananas.
- And ready 😋
- I usually make it for my breakfast or afternoon snack.
