- Wholemeal bread25 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Light cottage cheese0.5 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- With the help of a slicer or a knife, cut the center of the slice of bread.
- Place the slice of bread in a form that can go in the airfryer.
- Crack an egg and place it in the space in the center of the bread. Season with salt and sweet paprika.
- Pierce the yolk, place the curd on top of the egg and season with nutmeg.
- Spread a little curd on the leftover bread crumbs and put it to bake together.
- Take it to the airfryer at 180° for 3 minutes for a soft yolk and for 5 to 7 minutes for a firm yolk.
