- Baked beans (beans only)3 cup
- Cooked brown rice1 cup
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Green Spice to taste
- smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- 1- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2- In the food processor, place all the ingredients. I suggest beating the beans when chilled so they don't get too soft and make modeling difficult. Or after beating, it can take about 40 minutes in the fridge to dry.
- 3- Process everything until it becomes a paste.
- 4- Model the burgers in the size you want. Leave around 1 finger high.
- 5- Put it in a greased shape.
- 6- Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
