- Red Onion Jelly with Cabernet Sauvignon Wine10 g
- Green mayonnaise10 tablespoon
- Butter200 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Take the ground meats and the fat and mix well, after mixing, make the 100g balls, and then mold with the help of a rim, then put it in a square shape and take it to the fridge.
- Now take the shredded bacon and fry in a small frying pan until crispy, remove the excess fat with the help of a slotted spoon and set the bacon aside to dry on a paper towel.
- Take the breads cut in half with a bread knife, butter and seal one by one in the frying pan leaving that crust and set aside
- Put the large skillet on the fire with a little butter and put the burgers in 2 by 2, put a pinch of salt on the entire surface of the burger, as soon as the burger starts to sweat it's time to turn it over with a spatula and put some of Salt again and do the same for all the hamburgers.

Coalho cheese and with the help of a macaricado melt it 6. On top of the cheese put the red onion jelly 7. Finish with a little more shredded bacon and cover with the other bread base.
