- First break the eggs, add the salt, eduguedes, oregano and a piece of cheese, mix well
- Put it in a skillet to fry and let it be in the form of an omelet and turn to fry the other side too
- In the frying pan, place the two pieces of bread in the omelet and turn it inside the frying pan so that the omelet is on top, close the bread and let it brown, turn it so that it is golden on both sides
- Put it on the plate, put a whole piece of cheese, tomato, corn and the tomato sauce
- Close the bread, and if you want, put a tomato on top of the bread with a little oregano on top. If you want you can put some potatoes like ruffles, or your preference (as a side dish)
