- 500 grams of cassava cooked in the pressure cooker, 500 grams of ground beef, 2 packs of grated Parmesan cheese, or mozzarella, 1 box of sour cream, a spoon of margarine or butter, tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Cook the aimpim in the pressure cooker, when it is already very soft, let it cool, put it in the blender with milk cream and a spoon of margarine, beat everything until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
- Sauté the ground beef, with onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, quetro, August seasonings. Let it cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
- Pour half of the cassava purée in the refractory, place the ground beef, and cover everything with another layer of cassava purée, throw the grated cheese on top, or mozzarella cheese, put it in the oven at 180 degrees, for 15 or 25 minutes.
