- Yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pitted Black Olives1/2 cup
- Olive oil1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Wash well, dry and cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Do not forget to remove the seeds from the peppers.
- Place on a baking sheet, season with salt and oregano.
- Water with the olive oil and take to the preheated oven for about 1 hour and a half. Stirring from time to time.
- Serve cold!
