- Banana (quince or earth)4 unit(s)
- Raisins to taste
- Cassava flour to taste
- Seasonings and Spices to taste
- Cut the bananas and bacon into cubes. Put oil in a pan and fry the bananas until golden. Remove them, place on a plate with paper towels and set aside. Remove excess oil and add the bacon to fry until golden. Take it out and put it next to the bananas.
- In a large skillet or pan put a little butter / oil and seasonings to taste (I used grated onion) until golden. Add the bananas, bacon and raisins and mix well. Turn off the heat and add the flour and mix. Ready! This farofa is delicious!
