- Bacon cut into cubes100 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cassava flour1 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- Over high heat, heat a skillet and add the bacon. Fry until crispy, add the onion and sauté until golden. Crack the 3 eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Be careful with the salt, as the bacon is already salty. Stir until the egg is cooked. Add the flour and continue stirring for about 2 minutes, until the flour is crispy. Serve it hot.
