  • Corn or cassava flour100 g
  1. In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the bacon.
  2. When it is fried, add the garlic and onion, salt, sugar and black pepper.
  3. Mix everything and let it brown well.
  4. When it is golden, add the corn or manioc flour little by little and mix well.
