- Chopped Bacon200 g
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Whiskey50 ml
- Brown sugar5 tablespoon
- In a cold pan, place the chopped bacon and fry until all the fat is released and it becomes very brown. Reserve.
- In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic.
- Return the bacon to the pan, mix well and add the whiskey. Let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the brown sugar and stir until it thickens and caramelizes.
- Serve as a burger sauce.
