- Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
- Bread crumbs dipped in vinegar (a little)1 to taste
- caper2 teaspoon
- Anchovies2 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Chop the parsley, anchovies, garlic and capers using a half moon (knife will do). Add pepper.
- Add the egg and bread. Grind more, until fine and homogeneous. Add the oil.
- Eat with a variety of foods: vegetables, red meat, boiled eggs, potatoes, bread and grissini.
