  • Pepperoni200 g
  • Hot to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to taste
  • Tomato sauce of your choice100 g
  • Dry Chamber500 g
  • Palm oil to taste
  1. Scald the country meat to remove the salt, then cut it into small cubes, also cut the pepperoni and bacon.
  2. In a pan, put a little oil to heat, after the oil is very hot add the garlic and onion to brown. After golden, add the meat from the countryside, and sauté a lot and gradually add the pepperoni, shrimp and coriander, always stirring. Add a little water, if necessary. Once the meat is very tender, adjust the salt and add the okra.
  3. When everything is well cooked and the okra is al dente, add the palm oil to taste and leave it for another 5 minutes and then turn it off.
