- Palm oil to taste
- Scald the country meat to remove the salt, then cut it into small cubes, also cut the pepperoni and bacon.
- In a pan, put a little oil to heat, after the oil is very hot add the garlic and onion to brown. After golden, add the meat from the countryside, and sauté a lot and gradually add the pepperoni, shrimp and coriander, always stirring. Add a little water, if necessary. Once the meat is very tender, adjust the salt and add the okra.
- When everything is well cooked and the okra is al dente, add the palm oil to taste and leave it for another 5 minutes and then turn it off.
