  • Pepperoni Sausage1 unit(s)
  • Bacon200 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Rice2 cup
  • Baked Beans (Use your favorite beans)1 cup
  • Water4 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese250 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil / Chives / Sweet paprika to taste
  1. Cut the bacon, pepperoni, pepper, onion and tomato into cubes.
  2. In a pan over low heat, fry the bacon and pepperoni.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, and let it brown.
  4. Add the pepper, tomato, rice and paprika and sauté.
  5. Add beans and salt.
  6. Add water to cover, increase the temperature and let it cook.
  7. Once cooked, add the mozzarella cheese and mix lightly until incorporated.
  8. Finish with chives, basil or any herb of your choice.
