- Coalho cheese, cubed300 g

- Bottled butter or olive oil to taste
- Start by preparing the mise in place and pulling both the meats and vegetables (onions, tomatoes, peppers) into cubes all of the same size
- Also chop the garlic and set aside. In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil or bottle butter, then add the shredded jerky, when it is getting crispy add the bacon and pepperoni, until they release enough fat.
- Add vegetables and sauté. Add the previously cooked rice and beans, adjust salt and pepper, season with parsley and coriander.
- In a frying pan, brown the curd cheese cubes as well as the whole cheeses.
- Add the cheese cubes to the baião and mix.
- Serve each portion accompanied by a golden curd cheese.
