- Recipe
- Wheat for kibbeh500 g
- Boiled Cabotiá Pumpkin1 kg
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Chopped Mint to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Onion powder to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Filling of your choice. to taste
- Soak the wheat for the kibbe for at least 30 minutes, after that drain any excess water from it.
- Mix all the above ingredients with the wheat very well.
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Put half of the dough and fill. Then place the other half on top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
- Serve cold or hot.. It's great all the same 😋
