- cream300 g
- Whole milk4 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Minced Garlic Clove4 cup
- Pre heat the oven. In a bowl, mix the cream ingredients;
- Slice the potatoes thinly so you don't reach the end of them. Make them look like an accordion; (use two pencils between the potatoes to make the cut easier)
- Add the potatoes in a greased shape, drizzle with olive oil and over them, add the cream and a little cheese. Reserve a part of cheese for gratin;
- Cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and bake for 40 min. Then, remove the foil, add the remaining cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
