- Cut the top of the tomatoes. Remove all the brains from the four tomatoes. With the help of a paper towel, dry the inside well. Reserve.
- Meat stuffed tomato Quickly sauté the ground beef with minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and a little bit of the leftover tomato brains. Don't let it dry. Correct with salt and pepper. Stuff two tomatoes and set aside.
